Artwork Requirements

Each plaque is custom-made using the design you provide. To make sure your plaque looks its best, please send a high-definition image or file of the exact design you want.

  • Recommended formats: PNG, PDF, or SVG
  • Resolution: 300 DPI or higher
  • Avoid screenshots, low-resolution images, or photos of printed material — these may come out blurry or pixelated

Not sure if your file will work? Contact us before ordering and we'll take a look.

Design & Approval Process

Every piece starts with your files and ends with your approval. Nothing goes to production until you've signed off on a full digital proof.

1
Submit your files. Upload the highest-resolution logos and images available. Better source files mean a sharper final product.
2
Receive your digital proof. We'll send a full-color digital rendering showing exactly how your plaque will look — before a single cut is made.
3
Review everything carefully. Check all names, dates, spelling, and layout. The approved design is exactly what gets built — no changes after final approval.
4
We build it. Once you sign off, production begins. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.
Please plan. Orders cannot be rushed after placement and are shipped in the order received. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your presentation date. Have questions before you order? Reach out through our contact page — we'll walk you through the process. Free local pickup is available in Jacksonville, NC.
